Biography

Charlie has enjoyed a fulfilling career in commercial leadership, building and heading teams in advertising, PR and media, nationally and across Europe. This experience has enabled her to possess an in-depth understanding of the senior talent requirements in our unique industry.

She is a determined advocate for workplace changes, ensuring equality for all. As part of the Senior Leadership Team at industry charity NABS, she was instrumental in introducing key initiatives in the industry, in order to secure a fairer working environment. She is also an active member of WACL.

In recent years, Charlie has conducted searches for several pivotal roles across the industry, including roles at OMD EMEA, BARB, Sky, NABS, RAJAR, Dentsu, Starcom, Route and Walk In, to name but a few.

Charlie was fantastic to work with and helped us find the perfect candidate quickly and seamlessly. A big part of this is because Charlie went further than just looking for good CVs; she dived into our culture to understand what would really work best for our team.
