We will firstly ask you to tell us some very basic things about yourself, which will provide us with some context and enable us to send you a bespoke report. Please know that we will NEVER SHARE YOUR DATA WITH ANYONE, other than when it has been completely anonymised (so that you can’t be identified) and aggregated (so that it’s pooled with other data) to help us look at trends and averages across industries.

How does it work?

We will ask you to score 30 criteria according to their importance to you, followed by a second layer of questions. The whole process shouldn’t take more than about 10 minutes and the report you will receive will be completely personalised and immediately beneficial. We know that no workplace can be perfect but imagine what would be most important to you in an IDEAL WORLD. There are no wrong or right answers, just what matters most to you but please don’t overthink it
